Sunlit Courtyard Consulting Ltd provides leadership coaching, team development programs, communication training, and organizational consulting services. All engagements are subject to a signed agreement outlining scope, timelines, and fees.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, coaching discussions, and organizational data shared during our work together. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.
Fees are payable according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
All materials, frameworks, and tools provided during our programs remain the intellectual property of Sunlit Courtyard Consulting Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunlit Courtyard Consulting Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kampala.
