How long does a typical coaching engagement last? +
Most executive coaching runs 6 to 12 months. Some leaders do focused 3-month sprints for a specific transition or challenge. Team work usually spans 6 to 18 months because culture change does not happen in a workshop.
Do you work with small businesses and NGOs? +
Yes. We work with large banks and government agencies as well as growing SMEs and mission-driven organizations. The size of the organization matters less than whether the leaders are ready to do honest work.
What is the investment? +
Fees depend on scope and duration. We always begin with a no-cost discovery conversation so we both understand the work before any proposal. We do not do cookie-cutter pricing.
Are your coaches certified? +
All senior coaches hold ICF PCC or ACC credentials and have deep experience working inside Ugandan organizations. Certification alone is not enough — context matters more.
Can programs be delivered virtually? +
Yes. We work in-person in Kampala and across Uganda, and virtually when geography or schedules require it. The quality of the conversation matters more than the medium.
How do you measure results? +
We use 360 feedback, pre/post assessments, and regular qualitative check-ins with the leader and key stakeholders. The real measure is whether the leader and team are making different choices six months after we step back.
What makes you different from international firms? +
We do not import models and then adapt them slightly. We start from Ugandan realities — kinship obligations, tribal dynamics in teams, rapid growth with thin systems — and bring global tools only when they fit.
